Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Imago Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and find Imago in the list. You can cancel or change your plan there.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including journal entries, parts, and check-ins. This cannot be undone.

How do I export my data?

Go to the Profile tab and tap "Export My Data." You'll receive a file with all your journal sessions, parts, and check-ins.

Is my journal content private?

Yes. Journal entries are encrypted at rest. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use your journal content to train AI models. See our privacy policy for full details.

Is Imago therapy?

No. Imago is a journaling tool built on Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for working with a licensed mental health professional. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
