Delete Your Imago Account

You can delete your Imago account directly inside the app. This permanently removes your account and associated app data from our servers.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Imago app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation message.
6. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your account and associated Imago data, including:

• Journal sessions and session messages
• Parts you created
• Check-ins and mood history
• Therapeutic narrative and session summaries
• App preferences associated with your account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you delete

If you want a copy of your data first, open the Profile tab and tap Export My Data before deleting your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Imago account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. If you have an active Imago Pro subscription, cancel it through Apple:

1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Imago.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
